On July 2017, it was renovated with new areas such as the dark hospital ward with no light and a dungeon where you cannot get away from those chasing after you. The place is filled with props that were created by professional horror movie staffs and smells of the actual hospitals, so it will definitely feel like you are in an abandoned place.

Hana Yashiki is the oldest amusement park in Japan. One of the most popular attractions is the haunted house. There is a rumor that real ghosts appear in the house. Ever since the opening of the park in Edo period, there is a ghost story which has been passed down: revengeful spirits of cherry blossoms. It all started when a sakura tree was cut, and the spirits living there became furious, putting curse on everyone. Among the haunted houses, this one is not so scary, so it’s recommended for a starter.
